The Problem

Water flow was tested at full volume before we left the property.

Result

All drains in the home returned to normal flow. The homeowner was provided the before-and-after camera footage on the same day. We recommended a follow-up camera inspection in 12-18 months given the cast iron pipe age and the prior root activity at the joints. This Silver Lake home was built in the 1950s and has the original clay-to-cast-iron sewer system typical of that era in the neighborhood.
