The Problem
A Hollywood restaurant near Franklin Avenue contacted 24/7 Rooter Service after their kitchen floor drain and prep sink had both backed up during dinner service. What We Did

After jetting we ran the camera a second time to confirm the line was fully clear. We then jettted the building main to the city connection to ensure no residual grease had been pushed downstream. We tested all kitchen drains and the prep sink with full water flow before leaving.
Result
All kitchen drains were fully restored to normal flow. The restaurant opened for breakfast service the following morning without issue. We provided the restaurant manager with a service report and before-and-after camera footage. We recommended a quarterly hydro jetting maintenance schedule to prevent future emergency blockages during service hours. The entire job was completed between 11pm and 1am.
