The Problem

A Beverly Hills homeowner on North Bedford Drive called at 2am after a copper supply line under the kitchen sink burst and began flooding the kitchen and adjacent hardwood floors. The homeowner had located the under-sink shutoff but it was also failing and not fully stopping the flow.
