The Problem

What We Did

We hydro jetted the full building main using 3,500 PSI with a spinning nozzle, making three passes to fully clear the grease plug and scour the pipe walls. After jetting we ran the camera again to confirm the line was clear. We tested all affected drains before leaving and recommended quarterly maintenance jetting for the building.

Result

All 24 units had full drain service restored by midnight. The property manager enrolled in a quarterly maintenance program to prevent future emergency blockages.
