The Problem

What We Found

What We Did

We hydro jetted the line first to remove all root material and debris so the liner would bond cleanly to the pipe wall. We then installed a fiberglass CIPP liner through the existing cleanout access point, inflated it against the interior of the old clay pipe, and cured it. The process required access at two points only and did not disturb the brick walkway, lawn, or landscaping above the pipe. After curing we ran the camera a final time to confirm proper liner seating throughout the full 42-foot run.

Result

The sewer line was fully restored in one day. The homeowner received before-and-after camera footage documenting the completed work for the real estate transaction. The front yard, walkway, and landscaping were completely undisturbed. The new liner carries a 10-year warranty and is rated for a 50-year service life. The property sale proceeded on schedule.
